Step into our yoga classes and embark on a journey of holistic well-being meticulously curated for your ultimate yoga experience. Each session is thoughtfully structured with strategically sequenced asanas, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to guide you towards physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

The level of difficulty/challenge for each class type is signified by L1, L2, L3.

L1 - Beginner level. L2 - Moderately challenging. L3 - Most Challenging

    Yoga Pointe’s signature heated class practiced at 104°. Move through a purposefully curated sequence of standing and floor postures designed to build strength, balance, and resilience—ending with a deeply earned rest. Offered in 45 & 60 minutes.

    Balanced • Effort + Ease • Release • Restore

    A blended practice combining the strength and heat of Hot Yoga with the longer holds and deep release of Yin. Build, then soften—supporting both vitality and recovery.

    Warm Simply Stretch

    Gentle • Mobility • Relaxation • Accessible

    A slow, soothing heated stretch class designed to improve flexibility and range of motion. Expect simple, purposeful stretches that calm the nervous system and leave your body feeling open and at ease.
