Private Yoga Sessions
Take the guessing out of your yoga practice and let our instructors guide you through a customized yoga practices tailoring the practice to your personal wellness goals. If you are curious, write us below and we’ll reach out.

Private sessions are one-on-one sessions (in person or via Zoom) with one of our highly trained yoga teachers where you get full individualized attention and personalized instruction. You could also consider a semi-private session inviting a friend, spouse, co-athlete, or anyone who also desires personalized attention with their yoga practice.

Whether you want to take session at our studio or stay in the comfort and convenience of your own home, we can do the private sessions that best fit your preference.

If you’re completely new to yoga, a group class may feel a little overwhelming. In a private session, the focus is to design a yoga class just right for you and guide you through the way that your body and mind need.

You will consult with your yoga teacher prior to and during sessions to ensure that you are doing what is best to meet your personal goals and the unique needs of your body and mind. Yoga originated as a practice between a teacher and a student for the purposes of individual focus and meeting the needs of the student. You will be the focus of your sessions and will co-create the yoga experience that is supportive, healing, and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

Sometime doing the yoga poses, it’s unclear where to align parts of the body, where to and how to feel the poses, and the best alignment to maintain a safe practice. Your instructor will guide you will hands on assists (if you choose) and will integrate yoga props to your practice to help support your experience in the poses.

Private sessions are built around your needs and that includes any medical concerns, injuries, limitations in any joints or body parts, or any other challenges. You and your instructor will talk about these areas and collaborate on the best plan for your sessions.

Cultivate a yoga practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia, low back pain, diabetes, heart conditions, hypertension, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue, etc.
Tailor a yoga practice to enhance performance with a sport or prevention of sports-related injuries.

You can get hands on assists specifically geared to support you in gaining the most from the yoga postures and other yoga practices.

Let’s face it—modern life is tight. Hips, shoulders, hamstrings... schedules. If you’re feeling like one giant knot, we’ve got just the thing. Welcome to Stretch Studio, Yoga Pointe’s one-on-one, yoga-informed assisted stretching sessions that help you unwind your body and your day. Whether you’ve been working out, working a desk job, or just working on keeping it together (we see you), these customized sessions are all about helping you move better, feel better, and breathe easier.
In our serene, private stretch room, you’ll lie back, let go, while you are guided through gentle, targeted stretches that focus on your unique needs. We do the stretching for you—you just show up and exhale.

Functional Massage

Our licensed massage therapist blends skill, intention, and therapeutic techniques to help relieve pain, release chronic tension, improve mobility, and support the body's natural healing process. Whether you're dealing with an old injury, recovering from something recent, or your back is throwing a silent protest from too much sitting—we’re here to help you get back into your body in a better way.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or just-above-the-body) energy practice that helps bring you back to center. You’ll lie down, fully clothed, while a trained practitioner channels calming energy your way. You don’t have to understand how it works—just that people often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and a little more like themselves.

In our sound healing sessions, the vibrations from the bowls work their magic—soothing your mind, resetting your energy, and giving your whole system a chance to just be. No effort. No expectations. Just good vibrations (literally).
