Hot Yoga Classes

Bring towels & water and hydrate before/after attending all heated classes!

  • This class is a sweet combination of sensation, stillness and heat. Ground down into simple, effective yoga postures to release tension in your body’s deepest tissues and increase vitality of your joints and spine. This class moves slowly and intentionally with mat based poses held for several minutes. This purposeful time helps you to cultivate mindful awareness of body, mind, and emotions.

  • In this signature class, you will experience a physical and mental challenge that will leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated. At 104 degrees, the ceramic ceiling heaters feel as if the sun is smiling upon you. You will practice standing poses to cultivate balance and strength, moving to floor poses to align and refine, ending with a sweet deep rest as the trickle of well-earned sweat glistens from your brow.

  • This blended class gives you the intensity and detoxification of our Signature Hot Yoga with the longer holds and deep release of Yin Yoga as described above.

  • This class is where muscle meets yoga! You will enjoy sweaty bliss as you engage in strength-building, low impact, and intense work 'in' incorporating light dumbbells and bands as you move to upbeat tracks in our heated studio. This is an intentionally designed Hot Yoga class with mashups of yoga poses and strength-training exercises designed to tone, shape, boost metabolism, while elevating your yoga practice.

  • This challenging class set at a hot 95 degrees will EmPOWER your body and free stress! It's full of challenging poses, dynamic movement, and arm balances taking your physical strength, flexibility, and balance to the next level.

  • You will experience an inner calm and relax from head to toe as you are guided through a purposeful sequence of stretches. We will focus on flexibility and range of motion throughout your body.

Cool Yoga Classes

  • If you are a beginner but want added physical challenge, this is perfect for you. Class will incorporate warmups, then flowing yoga postures linked with breath adding some spice before a gently cool down. Then you will enjoy a meditation or guided relaxation to completely unwind.

  • Reset your mind and body in this guided meditation class. Designed for all levels, this class explores different meditation styles. This class will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.

  • Refresh your mind and soul with our most deeply restful experience. Surrender as you completely release into fully supported yoga postures using props like blankets, blocks, bolsters.

  • You will experience an inner calm and relax from head to toe as you are guided through a purposeful sequence of stretches. We will focus on flexibility and range of motion throughout your body.

  • This SoulFlow is a cool (non-heated), moderately challenging yoga class set to an immersive (volume up), soulful soundtrack, where you will sync movement with music and breathwork, creating a meditative, rhythmic flow.

  • This class is a sweet combination of sensation and stillness moving slowly with mat based poses held for several minutes.Ground down into simple, effective yoga postures to release tension in your body’s deepest tissues and increase vitality of your joints and spine.

  • Great for those new to yoga or who are long time yogis. You deserve time to unwind and relax so you feel refreshed and empowered. Your instructor will mindfully guide you in a practice where you will gain balance, strength, and flexibility.
