  • Yoga offers a multitude of benefits for everyone. Studies indicate that a regular yoga practice enhances flexibility, strength and balance while also lowering blood pressure, improving sleep and reducing stress. By promoting healthy alignment, our posture improves, our body functions optimally and we lower our risk of injury. Additionally, we have more body awareness and mindfulness on and off the mat.

  • We offer a wide range of classes, something for every energy level- from Restorative Yoga to Hot Power Flow! We offer private classes for individuals who want specialized one on one instruction. Please visit our classes page or text us at 877-393-0939 for more information.

  • No experience necessary!! Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that's a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis in order to take tennis lessons. Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become more flexible.  We offer classes for everyBODY and every level so you will find exactly what is right for you.  Plus our teachers are experts at showing modifications and prop use to make poses more accessible or even more challenging.

  • Membership is our way of making yoga available to all — from the once a week warrior to the daily practitioner. These are our most affordable payment options. Our memberships promote yoga as a regular and sustained practice so you can get the most benefits from your practice. You can pause your account once per 12 months for a maximum of one month in order to return to your previous rate.  You can cancel at anytime. These are auto-renewal memberships but there's no minimum commitment, so you can cancel at any time just by completing the online request 30 days before the renewal date.

  • Our single class drop in pass does not expire. If you are unable to use it the day your purchase it, the pass will be active until you are able to attend a class.

Our 10 class pack expires one year after the date of purchase.

  • Yes!  Preregistration is a good habit to help you commit to your practice.  We hold the spot for you until 10 minutes before class begins, then open spaces for walk-ins.  Please de-register 4 hours before class if you are unable to attend.

  • Attire - Wear comfortable and movable clothing that is form fitting. It is best not to wear baggy tops and bottoms because they will just get in the way.

Water/Towels/Mats - Bring water so you can always hydrate whether doing a heated or non-heated class.  You can also bring a towel(s) to towel off and/or to place over your mat. We have studio mats that you may borrow at anytime and mats in our boutique that are available for purchase.

Eating before yoga class - In yoga practice we twist from side to side, turn upside down, bend forward and backward. If you have not fully digested your last meal, it will make itself known to you in ways that are not comfortable. If you are a person with a fast-acting digestive system and are afraid you might get hungry or feel weak during yoga class, experiment with a light snack such as yogurt, a few nuts, or juice about 30 minutes to an hour before class.

  • Be Prompt - We ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive late, please don't enter a class by knocking or banging on the door. Just join us for another class.

Remove Shoes and Leave belongings in cubbies - Yoga is done in bare feet so when you arrive take off your shoes and place them in the designated cubby.  We keep the doors locked during class so you can place all of your belongings in the cubbies with your shoes.
Turn Off Your Cell Phone & Leave in cubbie - Make a habit of turning your ringer to silent or leave your phone behind for class, so you and the others around you can have the full yogic experience. It can be embarrassing and disruptive if your phone rings during class.

Silence Smart Watches - Yoga is an experience best practices without interruption of yours or another person's watch going off.  Please either leave smart watches at home, in the cubbies or put them in airplane mode before class.
Yoga Mats & Props - We do recommend that you use your own yoga mat for sanitary and comfort reasons. We do have mats at the studio that you can use. We also supply all of the props you would need to get the most enjoyment out of your yoga experience.  Your teacher will let you know what props to have before class begins.

  • Preparation for HOT YOGA - Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate for Hot yoga. It is recommended that you begin to hydrate at least 3 days prior to your Hot yoga class. You will sweat a lot during and after class. Lack of hydration will put undue stress on your body and can cause nausea and light headedness and even headaches after your practice.
Don't eat right before class - Refrain from eating a full meal 90 minutes before class. A light snack like fruit or nuts may be helpful 30 minutes before class.
Come prepared with towels - You will no doubt sweat a lot during the heated classes.  We don't have towels for student use.  Bring a large towel for your mat and a smaller one to wipe all of the wonderful sweat!

  • Yoga Pointe has two showers available for you to use after class! We provide amenities, but kindly bring your own towel and keep your shower down to a brief rinse as we have other students waiting to use. Please use the disinfectant spray we offer to sanitize the shower after each use.
