Private yoga sessions are $45 for an hour or 5 sessions for $200. Doubles yoga sessions are $60 for an hour or 5 sessions for $260.

Hatha 1
This class creates a strong foundation using the various principles of yoga including centering, breath work, and asana. Whether a beginner, a seasoned practitioner, or working through a physical injury, this is a great way to relax and rejuvenate. It is refreshing and invigorating allowing you to experience the wisdom and grace of your body through creative sequencing of poses and breath work.
Hatha 2
This class is right in between beginner and intermediate. There will be challenges that take your beginner practice to the next level but not over your edge! It is a synergy of various yoga poses, pranayama, with the occasional practice of inversions.
Restorative Yoga
This class will help you to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help you recover from illness and injury. You will practice supported, passive stretches, breathing exercises and integrate meditation. This class is different from Yin yoga because you will fully relax into the poses rather than go for the intense stretch you seek in Yin.
Flow Yoga
This class is a flow (vinyasa) style moving through creative sequences at an intermediate pace. It will integrate many of the principles and sequences from various schools of yoga. It will strengthen your muscles, challenge your balance, but most importantly focus and calm your mind!
Hot Flow
This is a heated version of our flow class. It is an intermediate level practice challenging and creative flows lead by the breath in a toasty room (90˚). The constant movement coupled with the heat helps to release toxins from the body and improves flexibility and strength. The funky music will transition you from your week to your weekend! Make sure to bring a big towel for your mat and a smaller sweat towel and water!
Hot Yoga
This is a carefully sequenced class, taught in a heated room (100-104 degrees) where you will hold postures for several breaths and pause between poses. The class will start with standing postures and move into floor postures. The sequence will incorporate different poses and breathing techniques in order to improve flexibility, balance, and strength.Make sure to bring a big towel for your mat and a smaller sweat towel and water!
Hot Yoga 90
This a version of our regular Hot Yoga 60 min class but the last 30 minutes is dedicated to long hold, deep stretches.
Restorative Yoga

Community Class ($5)
This is an ideal way to begin your journey as a yoga student by coming to the mat with a ‘beginners mind’. You will experience the many healing tools and styles of yoga and join with your community in this peaceful and spirited way.
Yin Yoga
This class is a series of poses held for several minutes in order to stretch beyond muscle and deep into connective tissue & fascia. It is perfect for relieving stiffness, back tension, hip tightness and is an excellent practice for athletes.
Chair Yoga
Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a gentle class where poses will be done in a chair. Perfect for those who are new to yoga, who have mobility or balance issues, or who just want to experience yoga in a relaxed, comfortable position.
